Our technical requirements are Msce Msca in core Microsoft applications Significant network experience in both wired and wireless environments and with software and hardware troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with all peripherals including installation and set-up Equipped with strong data rescue security management and back-up skills Deeply knowledgeable about Microsoft Office and the Windows environment and able to direct users in general use and functionality Of equal importance you Must have great customer-facing skills a strong work and service ethic field experience and be a good team player. You will have confidence in your technical knowledge and capabilities and want to be a part of an energised team.
